Terms of use

These terms cover the Vorlyth website and the Windows app (standalone and VST3). The site is vorlyth.com. Questions go to support@vorlyth.com.

Vorlyth is neural guitar software. The installer is free. Clean stays open. Crunch, Lead, High Gain, and Studio need a paid or trial license key.

Paid plans today: two years for $49, or lifetime for $99. Both are one-time Stripe payments, not subscriptions. A trial is 30 days from first activation and is issued by us, not sold on this site.

To buy, you must:

• Confirm the email that will receive the key, using the code we send.
• Pay through Stripe Checkout.
• Be able to accept a digital software license.

We do not create a key when you click Buy. A key is created only after Stripe confirms the payment is paid. We then email the VOR- key to the confirmed inbox.

One key unlocks one Windows PC. The key is hashed on our side. The full key appears in the email we send you. First activation starts a two-year clock when that is the plan you bought. A lifetime key does not expire unless we revoke it for breach of these terms.

You may move the license to another PC by writing to support. We will unbind the old machine when the request is clearly from the buyer.

You may not:

• Share, sell, or rent the key.
• Run the same paid key on more than one machine at a time.
• Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass the license check.
• Resell Vorlyth as if it were your product.

Two-year licenses include app updates during those two years. Lifetime licenses include updates for as long as we ship Vorlyth. Windows is first. Mac is not for sale until we say it is.

This is digital software delivered by email after payment. If you have not activated the key, write to support@vorlyth.com and we will look at a refund. If the key is already bound to a machine, a refund is not automatic.

If you have a legal cooling-off right where you live, it still applies, except where the law lets us treat supplied digital content as used once you unlock the app.

The site may set a referral cookie, a confirmed-email cookie, and a buyer-email cookie after a successful checkout. See the Privacy policy.

Vorlyth is sold as is. We work to keep the amp and the store up, but we do not promise it will fit every guitar, DAW, or Windows setup. We are not liable for lost sessions, lost income, or indirect loss, except where the law says we cannot limit that.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. A purchase is under the terms shown on that day.
